Recently my puppy broke her tooth to her gum. It honestly looks like to me she just lost a puppy tooth. But my Vet is insisting that it is broke and we should have surgery to have any piece removed. I am really scared since they will put her under with anesthesia. From what I have heard it is not that safe especially for a puppy. Please let me know your thoughts on this. If it is in fact broken is it that bad since the adult tooth will then just grow in place?
