Neuter/Spay tomorrow

The time has come..... Banksy and Aiko are both going in tomorrow at the same time for their surgeries. I am so worried about them being put under.... my poor babies!!! Hope it all goes well

Ohhhhhh I know how worried you will be...... Your vet will take the best care of them both and they'll be home and recovering before you know it. And you'll probably find after the first 24 hours they'll think they're 100% fine!

Let us know how they get on once you get them home.

Dexter goes under anesthetic tomorrow too for his head scan, so I've crammed my day full to keep busy but I know I'll stare at my phone the entire time.

It's hard not to worry but I'm sure they are in the best hands!! Soon the hardest thing you'll have to do is stop them from playing around so much after they come home. Getting fixed did not slow down either of my dogs.

Banksy will probably not be slowed down that's for sure. Aiko maybe. will be interesting to see. I have the day off tomorrow to take care of them

I have been sad..... we actually asked our breeder if we could purchase breeding rights for Banksy. because he is so awesome we want the chance to stud him out at one point so we could keep one of his puppies. But they said no............. which is understandable and what not but still makes us sad. I know I am getting ahead of myself.... he is only one years old.... but I honestly cannot imagine life without my boy! and the chance of him making little babies was a little exciting for us

I am glad to be working today to keep my mind busy!! My boyfriend gets to go pick them up around 4PM and its 1030AM here right now. Im sure it will all go over fine!

I am very interested to see if there is any temperament changes with banksy or aiko

Jax's temperament did not change at all. He was a knucklehead before getting neutered and is still a knucklehead. The only thing that changed was the constant humping of everything and everyone. Now he just humps sporadically.

It's so stressful when they need to go under but I'm sure they will do great and be back to normal in no time. The temperment of mine did not change except that Jake stopped mounting everything.

Yes it is stressful!! This is the first time either of them have been put under. and both my babies at the same time!!

Isabelle bounced back within 24 hours. Had to actually put her on crate rest to be safe! The pain meds sure did help LOL.

They are doing well thanks for asking! Today is the first day they are being left alone. I am going to go check on them soon when I can get away from work in a bit. Nice thing about our new home is that its only 10 mins away so I can check on my babies!!
