NuVet issues?

Has anyone else had an issue with NuVet? I was so excited to try it as I've heard nothing but amazing things about it on this forum. But since starting Carrot on the vitamins she's had really bad diarrhea. I'm assuming it's the vitamins because nothing else has changed since I've started to give them to her? Same food, no new treats. Maybe it's not the NuVet, but if it isn't I can't figure out what is causing sudden on set diarrhea? And the issues stop once she's had a day of chicken and rice and no vitamins. And poo's are fine again once we restart the kibble until we add in the NuVet again.??

We have given ours NuVet before and no problem. There might be something in there that just doesn't agree with her system. You might try just giving her 1/2 a tablet to see if that helps, if not, then I would not give it to her.

Our Female Frenchie ended up with stress colitis (severe diarrhea) and vomiting after starting. We then reintroduced again and she did better.

Doggie diarrhea isn't much fun. Reduce the dose like David said and see if that helps, and quit giving them if it doesn't!

I started Bambi on it and she had the same problem. Our elderly dobie mix, Ginger, takes it with no issues whatsoever. I think it has done a lot of good for her. I also tried to start Bambi on a probiotic, however, she had diareah (sp?) even with a tiny dose, so I stopped that, too. Good luck.
