Your puppy still hacking up? My dog will sometimes throw up in the middle of night from swallowing pieces of toys I wasn't fast enough to take away after she destroyed them

My new puppy also throws up frequently. I have tried several foods, an x ray, meds... still looking for answers too
Sorry to hear about your puppy too! What I keep hearing, is some of this is normal for the breed as far as the hacking. How is your puppy doing now? Did you do anything for it? It's getting worse with Milo. He now is throwing up during the night and still hacking up mucus as well. I've been feeding him right before bed as well so he doesn't go to sleep on an empty stomach. Anytime he gets up from resting, relaxing, goes down the stairs, the pure movement makes him hack mucus. He got x-rays and there may be some bronchitis today so vet put him on doxycycline. He's having trouble breathing, runny and stuffy nose (which I assume is allergies). We got more rain than normal in California this year and it's been a hot spring, so it has heightened allergies for everyone including humans. It's like never ending. I don't know about you other frenchie owners, but this is so stressful. I feel so bad for him and can't believe this has been going on for so long! I am feeling like I just keep hitting a wall.
Mine still does throw up if he eats poop or gets too excited after eating but he is taking famotidine 10mg twice a day.... we tried to lower to once a day but it got worse. I hope he out grows thing but for now he is ok. I hope your pup is feeling betterSorry to hear about your puppy too!
