When will this little fatty stop growing!! Currently weighing in at 34.6 lbs (15.7kgs)
He is such a hyper pup aswell, he'd play fetch all day if it was up to him!! Only got him to sit still by holding his favourite toy above the camera haha!! Should I be concerned about his weight? As he is over the typical frenchie adult weight at 8 months?

It's hard to say if a certain weight is healty because they are all built differently. From what I can see, his weight looks good for his frame. He should start to slow down now. They grow fast when they are young and then slow down after 6 months or so. He sure is adorable!

He is a beautiful boy and will still gain a little more weight as he gets older. Here in the states he is too heavy to show, as there is a weight limit of 28 pounds.

He's gorgeous! He looks healthy to me.

I have to do that with my Boston to get her to sit still for a picture. Wally tends to sit and stare for a long time so he's easy to capture on camera.

He won't gain a lot more weight. My boy weighs between 29 and 30 lbs at 2 years of age but has weighed that much for over a year. He' s adorabull!

I think he looks great! Gidget @ 2 yrs is 23.5lbs, Wilson and Olivia @ 1 yr. Wilson is 27 lbs but I don't have a current weight on Olivia.

I would not worry about his weight. Looking at his pics he is a good healthy weight. He's not a butterball. Some dogs weigh more than others. I have a friend that has a European line bred Frenchie and he's a healthy 39 POUNDS. I have seen as small as 18 pounds and as big as 39.....there is good size range for these guys. As long as he's NOT over weight I would not worry at all. Yes, the show ring here in the States puts a limit of 28 pounds, but if you are not showing it really does not matter. Those of us who just own them as pets should really only concern ourselves with good health.
