Penny is now 14 weeks old and has been gaining almost one lb a week. To me, she looks healthy, eats a total of 1 cup of food per day plus treats (per vet), and does about an hour of fetching a day.

What did your frenchie weigh at 3, 4, or 5 months? I'm not stressing about now just because I want to make sure her immune system is healthy and she's happy. Just wanted to get some thoughts. I know I can control it better when she's full grown.

Let me know your thoughts! :)

That's about right. We have a 15 week old pup and he is gaining about the same and eating about the same amount. We feed him three times a day for now and will until he is about 6 or 7 months of age. Then we will monitor his weight so he will nor get too heavy. I like feeding a pup plenty as they are growing and need plenty of nutrition. When I weighted him last week he was 8.5 pounds.

Gus has been gaining a pound a week, since we got him at 7 weeks old. We weighed him last week, at 18 weeks old, and he was 16 lbs. He looks happy and healthy to me, but people do seem to think he eats a lot when they see his food dish and comment. However, I feel that it's because they are used to seeing dry kibble, and not the dehydrated raw that I feed him. I still feed him 3x a day, but haven't increased the amount per feeding in a good while though.

Our female was on the smaller side as she grew but now at almost 2 years she weighs 26 pounds.

Our male grew fast at almost 1 year he is 27-28 pounds.
