Weird bump

My Frenchie it seems like over night grew this ugly bump. Before I rush him to the Vet, does anyone have any idea what it is?

It looks like a histiocytoma to me which is a benign tumor occuring in younger dogs and will usually go away on it's own. Keep an eye on it though and if it changes I would take him to the vet.

Thanks I did some research and that's what I came up with too. I guess they go away on their own? It's on his front leg and he doesn't seem to pay attention to it at all.

Dexter had one on his shoulder area. The vet measured it, and told me to do the same once a week and take him back if it got bigger or changed appearance. It went away after about 4 months on its own. It looked ugly but was nothing to worry about.

Poor lil Quella La Roux had one. The first pic was in April 2015 and the next picture was May 2015. It pretty much took over her face. When she was spayed and had her dew claws removed, the vet took a biopsy, which actually ended up making it go away within a month or two. It was a histiocytoma as well. It was so embarrassing bringing her out in public. Everyone was afraid to pet her because they thought it was some contagious bloody fungus on her.
