It started Friday. He was completely normal Thursday and the next day he just wants himself. He didn’t want to eat or drink and just wanted to be alone and to hide. Took him for walk and he just gave up at one point. I took him to vet and he said he had a hurt hip. Was given pain meds to see if that helped. Over the weekend he would eat and drink only chicken/ beef that I cooked him and would drink chicken broth. No water or dog food. He didn’t poop the entire weekend and spends all day in his kennel. He can’t make it outside sometimes to pee and leaves a trail. At one point he stopped lifting his leg and will just pee on himself. 
He seemed to be getting better, but Monday he got diarrhea and has had it for over 24 hrs now. Very watery at times and has mucus. Stinks badly, but I expect that. Vet said no worms or parasites as he has been checked twice. Took an X-ray and no obstruction. No vomiting and will eat when hungry, just picky. Idk what is going on!!!!! He seems so depressed and down in the dumps. Walks like his back legs are weak cause he is slipping all over the floor and doesn’t walk normally. Anyone have any ideas?! Vet and myself have no idea.
