Wanted to hear your thoughts? There seem to be added benefits such as
Advantages
(1) Easier to Chew
(2)Slows eating Down & Keeps them fuller
(3) Prevents Bloating
(4) Improves Aroma
(5)Avoids Dehydration

Disadvantages
(1)Can cause bloating if the kibble has Citric Acid
(2) Breeds bacteria & Spoil.

The way I'm doing it now, its adding water a little over to cover the kibble, then add 2 tea spoons of pumpkin puree, 1 tea spoon of yogurt, mix it, then put it in the fridge for couple of hours between feedings.

I add water at times but just enough to wet it... not covered

Not sure why you are putting it in the fridge. I would just prepare the way you are and feed.

Do you put it in the fridge a couple hours to soften it? We feed Bambi Acana and the kibbles are hard as rocks. Bambi wasn't eating it so now John crushes it with pliers every time he feeds her (2xday). When we went on vacation recently, he had to prepare 14 baggies for the dog sitter - p.i.t.a.
