Carpet Cleaning product that won't aggravate sensitive dog?

Hi there! Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a rug cleaning product that would be safe and effective to be used around our Frenchie? I have some rugs in our house that could use a little love, and want to rent a carpet cleaner from our nearby grocery store, however all the carpet shampoos seem overly fragrant and likely to bother our dog Stanley. Has anyone had experience doing this with another brand? Used oxiclean? Any other ideas?

I've been lucky to not have any issues... I have used Oxiclean it work well on the rugs
