Ears up and down @ 7 mos old

I just bought a 7 month old presumably from good breeding. But his ears are having issues, they were standing but over the weekend the breeder said that he was with some other dogs playing rough and one ear is fallen 1/2 way, the other ear tip is curling backwards. All the pics from the breeder shows his ears up. Breeders Vet says no damage was done to the ears and suggests taping. Any clues? What should I do? I want his bat ears up!

the tip Curling backwards is usually teething and will go away! Not sure about the other ear falling down? Photos?

It could be from teething. I wouldn't worry, they should be fine in about a month.
