Has anyone dealt with this medical issue ?

Hi! I am hoping all you lovely frenchie lovers and owners can help me. I’m so worried about my little guy. He’s 11, and a few days ago he sneezed a few times and a big blood clot flew out and he started bleeding through on nostril profusely. The bleeding stopped but I noticed he had developed a grape size semi hard lump between his eye on the bridge of his nose over the same side that bled. In the last 3 days he’s been to 2 er vets and my regular vet. He’s acting fine eating playing, everything normal. They are all so quick to chalk it up to cancer . They did a lung xray and that was clear. They want to do a ct scan and rhinoscopy. However, although I love him more than anything, the area I live in charges 7 grand for those tests. I would not put him through radiation if it were a tumor so I keep asking the doctors what else could it be. Maybe debris maybe infection but they keep saying more likely a tumor. I’m beside myself. Why wouldn’t they check for a dental abscess . I can’t really afford these tests and ofcourse I want to hep him especially if it’s not cancer. I really can’t understand why they wouldn’t test for other things. Has anyone ever experienced this type of problem with their frenchie? The photo shows the lump and the bleeding nose. I’m so worried. I’d be grateful for any help or advice. Thank you in advance .
