Has anyone lived in a dry heat climate with Frenchies?

I’m thinking of moving to Boise in the near future and was wondering if anyone has lived there, or somewhere similar, with a Frenchie. It looks like summer temps can get into the 90s, but I didn’t know if the dry heat would make it more manageable. My Frenchie loves to be outside running around and going on hikes so I don’t want to move anywhere he will be trapped inside for a couple months.

I live in the Midwest, it’s a very dry and hot climate in the summer. You definitely have to be selective about allowing your Frenchie outside time in the summer months here.

Agreed, as with any extreme weather areas, you have to watch/monitor while outdoors. I’m in northeast and the humidity causes us to keep them indoors a lot during summer months
