Hi all!

My name is Kathy and my 3 year old french bulldog has been missing since 05/03/15. I was hoping to find more info on what steps to take when a pet goes missing. Here's his flyer, please feel free to share it on your social media sites...the more people who see it, the better chances we have of getting him back. Thank you!

**MISSING DOG ALERT!**
Our dear buddy, Frenchie Montana is STILL missing since 05/03/15 at 5pm around Newland and Hazard in the Midway City/Westminster area in Orange County located in Southern California. We're sure he's been picked up by now but no shelter/pound has seen him. Hopefully you all can spread the word to your friends and love ones to keep a lookout. He has a very distinctive look, big head and stocky body with a white stripe down his neck and a heart shaped birthmark on top of his nose. He also has a very special diet and has certain needs. **DIABETIC**💰REWARD IF FOUND💰**NO QUESTIONS ASKED!**Please help us bring Frenchie back!!

I pray you find your baby soon.....

Oh no I'm so sorry. This is so sad. I live in Corona Del Mar, just down the way from you. I hope you find him soon!!!!

Hi Kathy. So sad that Montana has not yet been found. I am a volunteer with FBRN and as such, am constantly reviewing shelter sites and Craigslist and such, and I have been keeping my eye open for him. I live in Riverside County so am somewhat close to you.
Montana is diabetic? My current foster is too. Without insulin, I imagine Montana would lose weight and get sick, and will end up at a vet. I'm sure you've blanketed all the local vets' offices with flyers. I'm sure someone has him. Montana's lost status is pretty known, so I have high hopes that he will turn up soon. Keep searching and don't give up hope Kathy. We are all praying for his safe and prompt return. Hugs to you.

I am so sorry. I saw sensational bulldog's post on Instagram about him and really hoped he was home by now.

All the things I've seen lead to dog returns are: filing found reports with your local shelters, notify his chip company, call ALL vets in the area and send them a photo of him so they're on the lookout for any dog that comes in, paper the area with flyers, take out a newspaper ad, post in your local nextdoor webpage, find your local (likely county) lost and found pets page on Facebook and post there... Also give a flyer to the mail people! They drive around alllll the neighborhoods and will recognize most of the dogs they know. They see more than you may think! Make sure posted signs are LARGE on neon posters with big huge letters and a color photo. It stinks but people generally are more likely to respond to a reward, too. Good luck!! I'm sure you've done most of this already.
