My Frenchies Belly is turning black a blue!

For the past couple of months I've noticed that my Frenchie has gotten his testicles a Black and blue color along with his belly. I've asked the Breeder if him and said that it's normal to for complexion to change going for puppy hood to adulthood.

•9 month old
• doesn't hurt him when you touch his skin or testicles
• playful and doesn't seem to be acting any different
• not neutered ( we waiting until his turn 1)

Don't worry too much, it's just pigmentation. Looks normal to me.

Agreed, pigment changes as they age

As others stated, pigment changes. I wouldn't worry about it.
