Quella has had the below slowing getting bigger over the past few weeks. I thought it was a pimple and would eventually go away, but unfortunately it has not. She has a vet appointment in a few weeks so I was hoping we could wait until then to have it checked out unless someone thinks or knows what it is and thinks it should be looked at right away. It's flush with the skin and has no elevation to it. Any help is appreciated.

Hudson gets little marks like that around his muzzle from time to time. We call them warts, but no clue what they actually are. They've always gone away on him after a few weeks. Might be the same thing.

does not look concerning to me, unless it continues to grow or changes look/feel - I would wait on the visit

Tallulah had a mark like that last month - looked like a pimple. It went away. Another Frenchie owner saw it and said" my dog had one of those too, just last month. We didn't know what it was, but it eventually went away". Veteran owners out there, what are these?

I'm not an expert, but I don't think this is anything to be concerned about. Quella is beautiful!

Buster had 2 of those and we had both removed. They were sent to a lab, not cancerous, and would have gone away on their own. I'd wait for the scheduled vet visit and let the vet determine if it should be taken off!

Doesn't look too horrible. I would wait and watch closely. Any major changes I would take her in.

We had one too. We just made sure we kept her face clean and wiped it after meals and it cleared up on its own. My girl thinks she is a goat and has to smell and try to taste every object she encounters. Hope yours is nothing to worry about!

Thanks so much for the input. We'll wait it out unless it changes in the meantime and I'll keep everyone posted when we see Dr. Bob.

I dug up an old picture of what Hudson has gotten 2 or 3 times. They went completely away each time and he hasn't had one in months! It looks pretty similar to Q's.

I don't know what it is, but I'm like everyone else, I would wait until your next vet appointment to see what it is.

My previous Cane Corso had those. I forget what they were called but we got some cream and they went away. I think it went hand in hand with him smooshing his face into his food.

So, Quella didn't get the best of news today and now I'm on the edge of my seat. The vet is going to remove the bump next month when she is spayed, but unfortunately, it could be mast cell tumour or hopefully and I'm crossing my fingers that it's histiocytoma. What made things worse is that the vet treated a 15 month old male Frenchie last week and the bump ended up being mast cell tumour.

Again, fingers crossed. :(

Send positive thoughts and prayers it is not a tumor

As you can see Quella's bump has grown immensely in the past few weeks and it honestly changed into the below within days. I was hoping Q would go into another heat before her spay, but at this point, I cannot wait any longer. She has liver profile bloodwork being done tonight as last time they were elevated and they recommended no surgeries until they were controlled with Denamarin. I'm crossing my fingers because if the bloodwork looks good, she'll be spayed Thursday with liver biopsy, bump removal from muzzle and if she can handle being under anesthesia, they will remove her dew claws which I'm up in the air about as its got a high chance of infection and long time to heal when it's done at an older age.

Oh my, that sure did change in the past month. I will think good thoughts for her on Thursday and I hope its not a MCT. Why the dew claw removal though? Is she getting them caught a lot?

Poor Q! I hope that everything goes well for you both! [emoji173]️

What a sweet face! I hope all goes well and she heals up quickly. Curious-/ why removing the declaws?
