They're Hudson's half brothers!! We ended up choosing based on personality. This one is the snuggle bug of the bunch. But what's nice is that our deposit is transferable. So if we meet them and decide we like a different one, we are able to switch our preference as long as that one isn't spoken for!

Radiologist isn't concerned about what's in his stomach, says it's pretty normal looking. Worried about intestines. They asked me how many cats we have (we have zero cats). After 20 minutes on the phone to try and figure out what the heck was in his intestines, the radiologist was like well it's got mineral content and is the texture of cat litter. Sooo after eliminating gravel I get a lightbulb moment. I asked if the radiologist knew Hudson is a raw fed dog. He says no. Content in his intestines is stool that shows trace of the ground bone in his food. Final diagnosis: upset tummy and constipation [emoji52]. I just went to visit him, he is in great spirits. He's getting IV fluids and some meds. They couldn't get him to poop but I just visited and got him to go twice. So, for now all is well. They're going to do another X-ray tomorrow morning.

I had a similar incident back in January. At about 10 pm Jax woke me up cause he was throwing up bile and foam and was making weird noises that went on for about 20 minutes and I had no idea if he was choking or had a blockage so I rushed him to the ER. The examination found nothing so they asked if I wanted an XRay done and I said yes for peace of mind, they found nothing but a little gas. And they saw the ground up bone too in his stomach but wasn't concerned at all once I told them he was fed raw. We were there for a little over 3 hours and I watched 3 people leave without their pet which was heartbreaking and made my decision even more justified to be there in case something was wrong.

Peace of mind is quite expensive.

I was full blown sobbing like a crazy person when I had to leave him. Like, couldn't speak through the blubbering sobbing.

It's so scary!! All I can say is that nothing makes me happier than being able to say do WHATEVER you need to do because we have insurance and it's aaaaallll covered. Peace of mind is expensive but it's worth it!!

They call him white feet haha since all four of his little feet have tiny socks on the toes! He's the big guy of the litter, so opposite of what Hudson was haha. I can't get over how much they look like H as puppies. Which is great because we want one built exactly like him!
