I figured they aren't temp controlled. The meat packs were HOT to the touch. I froze them right away and she isn't getting sick so we may have dodged a bullet this time. SOrry Jax got sick though :-(

Got my order today... still frozen, but I’m only a few hours drive from them

I tried giving mine raw with kibbles he doesn't like it. Trying to give him raw for four days now but still no luck ahahaha he's so cute when he refuse to eat what i give him tho
