I have had Hudson since he was 11 weeks. Around 4 or 5 months, he started developing an underbite. He is now 6 months, and although the underbite itself doesn't seem serious, he now shows his bottom teeth most of the time. Sometimes he doesn't show anything at all, and sometimes he either has his tongue or bottom teeth out. Anyone have experience with these guys growing out of this as their head comes in, or is this just going to be one of his quirks? Thank you!! I'll attach a photo to illustrate the teeth hanging out.

Part of the quirk of the breed.... not as common in Frenchies as it is in the Bulldog

Yes, Bulldogs grow in to their under bite, it usually shows up when they are 4-5 months old. It adds to their character!

Their heads do change as they are growing, and he has a ways to go yet.

Our guy has a little bit of an underbite but the vet said not to worry about. His teeth don't ever show but your little guy is a cutie and I don't think it's a bad thing. He has a lot of growing to do and later may not show his teeth. Love to Hudson!!!

Thanks guys!! I guess we will have to see what happens once his head comes in all the way! It's starting to change shape already
