Gaggin when they wake or sleep

Hi guys, glad to join this forum, so I can see advice and ask some questions for my 2 pooches. My oldest boy is 3 and youngest is 5 months, and I find both of them gag once or twice when they wake up, or even during their sleep at times. Is this common do you think? Thanks in advance

It can be very common... as long as they are not vomiting it should be OK. keep an eye on it and on your net visit have the vet check their soft palate to ensure their are no issues
