I checked for irritation and didn’t see anything, neither did the vet when we were there last week. Either he is itchy or bored lol. I never had any of my male dogs do it before[emoji23].

Finnley does the same thing! He also humps on Mommas knee all the time!! He is fixed, but I'm told that it's common. I think the rubbing with his paw is more of an itch. He is four years old. Still a teenage boy!!Lol
