This past week my dog's ear flap was quite red exactly like yours and I sprayed Povidone ( Rougier brand for Betadine in a pump bottle ) directly in Honey's ear and it also cleared up in a couple of days. Thanks for the idea! The Zymox didn't seem to do anything in this situtation.
