Ripped pad

Little Banks came home today with a little owie - his pad on his hind paw is torn right off. He doesn’t seem to bothered by it, but it looks pretty owwy to me. Do these typically heal pretty well on their own or does he need to see a vet?

I have some snout soother with all natural ingredients that I put on it for now.

I'd take him to the vet to get it cleaned out good and make sure there is nothing (glass, metal) left in the cut.

I'd take him in too, just to make sure it is cleaned out properly and no infection sets in. Heal soon, cutie!
