Back Leg Issue

Wow she really got a haircut! When my bully had this surgery he was hardly shaved, although it was just one patella they did surgery on.
Glad she is doing good and she is going to be feeling so much better! When do you get to bring her home?

Jakeyjake, probably Sunday. Vet said she is really impressing him and walking around some. I went today for a bit and did not want to get her excited too much, but she was walking some on her own while I was there also.

She also walked for us and will upload the video. They are very impressed with her. Another dog had same surgery and is no where near what she is doing I was told

Jakeyjake, we are going nuts not having her at home but it's for the best and we trust our vet and know how much love she is getting while there.

I saw on Facebook that she gets to come home today! So glad she is doing so well! Must be a huge relief.

Yes we brought her back home today. She looks so pitiful but we are getting her to walk around some. Vet said it could take up 2 months before she is 100%. Have to take it day by day and monitor her close. He was very impressed with her which is why he let her come home. Another dog had the same surgery on the same day and does not want to walk.

Dad brought me for a little walk and now relaxing. Thanks again all for the kind words and prayers. Her left legs seems to bother me more and is a little more shaky while walking. When she gets tired she will just sit and not move.

So glad she's home and doing well! It's really tough to see them after surgery, but she'll be so pleased to be back beside you all. Her nares look great too

Thanks again all. I may bring her in tomorrow for the Vet to look at her. Seems like the left back legs has a grinding feel when you move it up and down and it just started. she also started to wobble more while walking and it looks like she is favoring that leg.

Could be with les meds she is feeling the pain now? Good luck and let us know how it goes
