New puppy owner I need help!

I just got Coco on Friday 6/29. She is 11 weeks old. she melted my heart instantly! For the past 2 days she has been throwing up and having somewhat of a cough sounds like a hair ball is in her throat! The breeder I bought her from told me to feed her plain ground beef and that should help settle her stomach.. it's not really helping and this dry heaving couch that shes having is scaring me so much! I need some advice please

Could be kennel cough. I would take to vet to confirm.

I agree, Coco should have a well puppy check and be examined for kennel cough.

It is contagious and caught from other animals.

Yep, sounds like Kennel Cough, a trip to the vet is in order. Try to find a good Frenchie or bully vet as all vets do not know Frenchies and how to care for them properly.
