Probiotics

Hi guys. I feel like im posting every single thought thats on my mind. please excuse the annoyance hahha first puppy and i got so much questions.

Its been a challenge to get chowder's stool to firm up. (he had giardia from 8 weeks to about 11 weeks old.) Things were getting better, and his stool was firming up a little bit.

hes been on fortiflora for about 20 days now, and now we just changed over to human grade (trader joes acidophilus & probiotic mix) 2 pills a day. Hes poop has been a little loose.

is it normal for stool to soften up with dosage increase with probiotics, and also can you give TOO much probiotics? let me know what you guys think.

We only give our pups probiotic about every three days.
